Exciting announcement!!

Mangawhai’s official website, www.mangawhai.co.nz has had a fantastic upgrade.

The Mangawhai Business Development Association launched the new Mangawhai website at its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 25th May.

“The new site gives us a much bigger impact when visitors come to the home page and the easy-to-navigate page allows exciting specials and developments to be highlighted quickly, enticing people to delve deeper” said the MBDA Chair, Mark Rowbotham. “With internet traffic increasing, and large events such as the Rugby World Cup on the horizon, it is important for Mangawhai, that our internet presence works well for us”, he said.

Zeald, a leading website designer, has sponsored the new site and local lady, Margie Hannon, who works for Zeald, is the new website administrator. She is contactable through the site website@mangawhai.co.nz or if urgent 0220123033.

The new site has many special features: it now gives community groups the opportunity to list in a Community section; local businesses have many advertising opportunities from single line listings to links to their own website & banner advertising to highlight special packages and offers.

The easy-to-use Business Directory under an A – Z listing, will encourage residents and bach owners to use local suppliers as contact details will be easier to find.

Because the old site was outdated, and much of the information on it obsolete, local businesses  please to go to the A-Z check their details as soon as they can, please email Margie what changes you would like to your details , and if you would like a  new category added,  email this to  :website@mangawhai.co.nz
To keep this information fully updated for the future, the MBDA committee is offering a free listing for 2 months, for all businesses who were listed on the old site. After that time, any business who has not updated, will be dropped from the site.
