Friday 8th November: Public Meeting at 10am, New Museum, Molesworth Drive

100th Anniversary of World War One (2014-2018) – how should Mangawhai commemorate this anniversary?
A display of photos is being developed – do you have any that you think would add to that display?
Do you have anything that represents New Zealand’s contribution to the war and ultimately to peace?
We are looking for stories and contributions not just from old local families, but would also welcome those from new arrivals to the Mangawhai area.
All welcome to come along for a cup of tea and a chat about what we can do to mark this significant anniversary
