David and Marie welcome you to their homestay, situated in the heart of avocado country surrounded by large mature pines on one and half acres of avocado trees and lawns, a very peaceful quiet setting. No smoking.


We have a variety of bird life that come and visit just outside of the bedrooms, blackbirds, kingfishers, tits, hawks, quail and wild turkey

50% deposit on booking please

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given on bookings up to 2 days prior to arrival, after this refer the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

One night charge for non arrival or cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, unless we are able to rebook the room.
